A Message from the Chief

Welcome to the Estevan Police Service. Our Service is committed to building strong partnerships with our citizens and other stakeholders throughout the province in order serve our community.

Dating back to 1906, the Estevan Police Service has an extensive history of working together to strengthen our community and provide a safe community.  This has become the mission of our Service. This past year has created a strong foundation to build the future of the Service and continue that mission. From the completion of the Police Headquarters to the commitment to implement the Police and Crisis Team (PACT), we will continue to support the needs of the community for many years.

In the upcoming year, in collaboration with the Estevan Board of Police Commissioners and the Community, we will take into consideration the extensive history of the Service and provide a business plan to articulate our direction in the future to build on our mission.

It is this business plan that will list our goals, how we measure our successes and report back to the citizens of Estevan.  Working together we will ensure a Service that is transparent, financially responsible and responding to the needs of the community. A  Service that supports the community as well as the entire membership dedicated to serving.  Working together we will support a safe and healthy community.

I am honoured to serve alongside our membership as the Chief of Police, and I am proud to live in the City of Estevan. I look forward to continuing to work together, in “The Energy City”, for the future.
