Police attended to a noise bylaw complaint early on in the evening in the Hillside area of the city.  The home owner was warned under the bylaw.  Police received no further calls in relation to that residence.

Police completed a number of curfew checks last evening.  All but one were found to be compliant with their curfews.  One is still under investigation.

Police attended to a second noise bylaw complaint at an east end residence.  The home owner was spoken to and warned under the bylaw.  Police received no further calls in relation to that residence.

Police attended to do a welfare check on an individual that was reported to possibly be at risk.  The individual had previously been assaulted and the matter is before the court.  The individual alleged to have committed the assault was on conditions of no contact but believed to be at the residence.  Police attended and arrested a 34 year old Moose Jaw male for breaching his conditions of contact.  The male is now facing another  charge of assault.  The male has been held in custody to appear in court on Monday.
