Members attended to a 2 vehicle collision in the Petterson and King Street area. One of the drivers was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital with minor injuries. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Charges are pending at this time.

Over the weekend police arrested a 36 year old man for breaching conditions of a previous release order.  He was remanded for court on Monday.

Estevan Police received a call about 5:00 pm.m on Sunday of an erratic driver coming into the City.  The driver was reportedly crossing into on-coming lanes and traveling at a high rate of speed.  The vehicle was located and the 30 year old man from Prince Albert, Sk was arrested.  The man is facing several charges including impaired driving, refusing to provide samples of breath and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.  He was held in cells until he was sober then released with a September court date.

Estevan Police received a report of a stolen vehicle from Estevan.  The vehicle is a white 2011 Chevrolet Equinox.  The Saskatchewan license plate on that vehicle when it was taken is 687JVU.  The matter remains under investigation.

Estevan Police arrested a 33 year old Moose Jaw man for assault and breaching condition of a release order.  He was remanded into custody and will appear in court Monday morning.
