An investigation into an incident on May 13th, 2023 has lead to a 20 year old Estevan resident facing a charge of Assault Causing Bodily Harm.  The incident occurred as a result of a disturbance at the local establishment.  The subject has been released and will make his first court appearance September 18th, 2023.

Police arrested and individual for breaching his conditions of release last evening. He has since been released with a court date set for early next week.
