Police were called to a business in Estevan as staff had noted an item on their property that they believed may be associated with drugs. Members attended and disposed of the item. We would like to remind the public not to handle these items if at all possible.

Another complaint of a credit card scam was reported. Complainant did not provide any personal information. The public is reminded to use caution when asked to provide personal or banking information over the phone or internet. Consult with your local financial institution if you have any questions or concerns regarding your credit card statement.

Police responded to a report of a person knocking on the door of a residence in the late evening.  The resident did not know who the male was.  Police located the him in the alley behind the residence and subsequently arrested him for public intoxication. He was held in cells until sober.
