Police attended to a disturbance occurring between roommates.  One of the roommates had damaged the other roommate’s property.  Police mediated the matter  and the individual responsible agreed to pay for the damage. Police attended to a second disturbance as there was a disagreement over property.  Police were able to mediate a resolution and resolve matters for the afternoon.

Impaired Driving charges are pending the results of further testing. His vehicle was impounded for 3 days.
