Members attended to a residence in South central Estevan on the report of a domestic disturbance.  After arrival, it was determined that the issue was a disagreement with the next door neighbor regarding a dog off it’s leash. The matter was resolved without further issue and the neighbor was warned of the bylaw concerning dogs being off their leash.
