Police arrested a 54 year old man for Causing a Disturbance after an incident inside a local business downtown.  He was lodged in cells until he was sober.

Police want to remind the public to plan to add time to their daily commuting today.  Several streets have heavy snow and it will take City crews some time to clear them off.

Police also want to remind the public that areas that appear to show bare pavement actually have a layer of ice on them.  ( black ice). Some patches of highway that look clear are not and are extremely slippery at this time.
