Police  responded to 42 calls for service over the weekend. Calls included abandoned vehicles due to the weather, multiples collisions involving 2 or more vehicles; in several cases vehicles needed to the be towed. Police also attended to complaints involving uttering threats to do bodily harm, improper storage of a firearm, intoxicated persons, criminal harassment, and several 911  hang ups.

On Friday evening members conducted extra patrols looking for impaired drivers and are very happy to say that after 15 road side screening tests, all drivers passed and no suspensions or charges were issued.  EPS thanks everyone for planning safe rides home and not driving impaired.
