The Estevan Police Service along with the Estevan RCMP arrested a 34 year old Regina man on a Canada Wide Warrant for being unlawfully at large for a parole violation.  Police received information that the male was staying at a residence in the downtown core. Upon further investigation, police were able to confirm this information. Members attended to the residence and Billie BERTRAM was arrested without incident. There were no safety concerns for the public.

We would like to update a Missing Person File- Richard Morin was located safe and sound this morning. The Estevan and Weyburn Police Service would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.

Police were dispatched to a residence for a possible domestic dispute. Both parties were arguing about custody agreements. Members were able to mediate the situation and no further police involvement was required.
