Police attended to the Hillside area of the city as they received a report of a motor vehicle accident and a vehicle stuck on the front lawn of a residence.  Members attended and issued a traffic ticket for the accident.  There were no injuries reported.

Police received a number of requests last night to do wellness checks on separate individuals.  Police were able to locate the individuals and connect them with resources.

Police received a report of failing to remain at the scene of an accident.  The police were able to get a description of the offending vehicle with the use of video from a business.  The offending vehicle and driver were located a short time later.  The matter is still under investigation.

Police observed a 19 year old Carnduff male damage a street sign on 4th Street.  The male was arrested and charged with mischief under $5000.00.  He was given a court date for the charge of early January 2023.
