The Estevan Court Services section is responsible for providing service in relation to disclosure of files to the Provincial and Federal prosecutors, acting as the Crown prosecutor for Provincial Statutes, maintaining accurate and timely records, service of court related documents, court appearances, bail hearings and assisting in prisoner escorts.

The section consists of police officers and civilian support staff and maintains an office at the Estevan Police Service.

Members of Court Services are in frequent contact with other police services and agencies such as Crown and Defense counsels, Provincial Court staff, Victim Services, the general public and other members of the Estevan Police Service
