Police received further reports of attempt frauds.  The callers are asking individuals to purchase prepaid credit cards in exchange for winning a motor vehicle.  Police remind the public that you don’t have to provide a deposit to receive your winnings on a lottery.

Police issued a 60 day suspension to a 17 year old Carlyle male for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of marijuana.  His vehicle was seized as a result of the investigation.

Police arrested a 22 year old male for being intoxicated and causing a disturbance at a residence.  He was lodged in cells and will be released when sober without any charges at this point in time.
