UPDATE –  On January 5, a 35 year old Estevan man, Brady Elliott, was arrested for mischief and breaching conditions of his probation order.  Elliott is facing nine (9) charges of mischief under $5000 dollars and one (1) charge of breaching conditions of a probation order and will appear in Provincial Court in March to answer to the charges.

Police conducted numerous curfew checks throughout the night, one of these checks has resulted in a 56 year old facing a charge of failing to comply with his release conditions. A warrant has been sought for his arrest.
