Police responded to a complaint of a male unconscious in a bathroom at a local business. The male was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place and transported to EPS, where he was assessed by EMS. A search of the male subsequent to arrest led to officer locating controlled substances. The 22 year old male is now facing charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Fentanyl under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He was held in custody over night for his safety and will be released for court in March to answer to the charges.
