Police received a call from a local business owner just west of the city limits. It was reported a intoxicated, out of control and damaging property. Police attended and arrested a thirty-three year old Langenburg male for mischief and being intoxicated in a public place. The male was lodged in cells. He will appear in court on Monday morning for several counts of uttering threats, mischief to property, impaired driving, refusing to provide a breath sample, assault police officer, and breach of release conditions out of Yorkton.
