Police responded to 54 occurrences over the weekend.

10 occurrences were in relation to traffic stops that resulted in various charges under the Traffic Safety Act.

Other calls for service were for reports of domestic disturbances, noise bylaws, well being checks, animal calls, vehicle collisions, suspicious persons or vehicles, mischief, and various 911 calls.

A total of 3 Criminal code charges were laid for  assaults, breach of release conditions and breach of a conditional sentence order. Seven files remain under investigation as charges pending further investigation.
