Police were kept busy over the long weekend with 74 occurrences.

Police received a report of criminal harassment between youth on Thursday evening.  The matter is still under investigation.

Police attended to three separate family law disputes over custody of children.  In all three matters the parties were advised to speak to their legal counsel.

Police received a complaint from a tenant that had been locked out of their residence by the landlord.  The matter was referred to the Rentals-man.

Police were called to a disturbance outside a local liquor establishment.  Police attended and the matter was resolved.

Police received a report of assault.  The matter is still under investigation.

Police received a criminal harassment complaint.  The complainant is being harassed through Facebook.  The matter is still under investigation.

Police received a report of mischief to the Cenotaph located at the local Court House.  A light was broken off.  The matter is still under investigation.  Police ask that if anyone has information related to this or any other crime to call Estevan Police Service or Crime Stoppers.

Police received another report of criminal harassment.  Police are still investigating that matter.

Police received a report of a speeding vehicle in Hillside area of the city.  Police received another driving complaint in relation to this as well and a grey dodge Dakota was identified.  The matter is still under investigation.

Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident.  A vehicle struck a power pole.  The matter has been resolved.

Police received a report of failing to remain at a scene of an accident.  The victims vehicle was struck on a parking lot while the owner was in a business.
