EPS COVID-19 Update – March 18th, 2020

Effective today (March 18th, 2020) the Estevan Police Service (EPS) will be limiting access to our building as part of our ongoing efforts to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  The pubic is encouraged to call the EPS main line (306.634.4767) for any inquiries or non emergent reporting.

The public IS NOT to use the EPS contact email on our website for reporting purposes as it is not monitored on a regular basis.

For emergencies please dial 9-1-1.

Limited access to the EPS main lobby remains available however those who do attend will be required to use an intercom system to establish contact with communications staff.  They will be required to answer a list of screening questions prior to gaining access to the main lobby.  The person may be asked to leave and make contact by phone if it is not necessary to enter the building.

Callers requiring police response to locations around the city can expect to answer these screening questions as well prior to members attending their location(s).

Community engagement events have been suspended as well and those seeking a criminal record check are asked to use the EPS website and not attend the office for this purpose.

The Estevan Police Service apologizes in advance for any inconvenience and remains dedicated to the safety of our staff and our community.

Please stay safe.
