Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the north end of the city. A 40 year old female from Drinkwater was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while being impaired and over 0.08.  She was released with a court date in April to speak to those charges. She was also operating an unregistered vehicle.  Her vehicle was also subject to impound.
