Police have laid two charges of assault against a 62 year old Estevan man as a result of an investigation from February 8, 2022.  The incident led to a 9 hour standoff when the subject barricaded himself in his residence in 600 block of 4th Street.  He was released on a number of conditions  and will appear in court in April.
