On Tuesday afternoon police arrested an individual on 4 outstanding warrants. Police came into contact with him when they identified him operating a motor vehicle in the city.  He is facing a new charge of suspended driving and the vehicle he was driving was towed.  He is also facing charges after resisting members during the arrest.  He was released later on in the evening.
