The Weyburn and Estevan Police Services  are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 25-year old Richard Morin.  Morin has been living in Estevan and has ties to Weyburn.  Morin was known to be in Estevan on December 15, 2022 and was subsequently observed in Weyburn on December 17th and 18th, 2022.

Morin is 5′ 07″ tall and weighs approximately 160 lbs (photo below). It is unknown what he was wearing when he was last seen.  There is no evidence to suggest Morin has come to harm but the length of time since his last contact with family or friends is of concern to police.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Richard Mornin, or a person matching his description is asked to call the Weyburn Police Service 306-848-3250 or the Estevan Police Service 306-634-4767.  Information may also be provided to Saskatchewan Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
