EPS members arrested a 29 year old Alberta male after a traffic stop in the down town core. The male provided a “Fail” on a roadside screening device and was transported to EPS, were he provided samples of breath with the results of 130 mgs% and 120 mgs%. He was released for court in January to answer to the charges of impaired operation and drive over .08. The male’s driver’s license was suspended indefinitely and his vehicle impounded for 30 days.
