As a result of a driving complaint, EPS and the Estevan RCMP detachment arrested and a 21 year old Estevan male who is now facing charges for uttering threats and careless use of a firearm. The male was lodged in cells and will be taken before a Justice or Judge today.
A 42 year old Rocanville male has been charged with mischief and failing to comply with an Undertaking to an Officer in Charge as a result of damaging Estevan Police Service property. The male will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
EPS received a complaint of criminal harassment involving a tenant and landlord. The matter is still under investigation.
Officers attended to a complaint of an intoxicated male in the King Street and Spruce Drive area. The male was gone on arrival.
Members attended to a single vehicle collision on King Street. There were no injuries, but the vehicle needed to be towed. The driver was charged under the Traffic Safety Act for driving too fast for road conditions.
