Police responded to suspicious activity around a residence on the northwest side of the city.  The location is a residence under construction.  No one was located and nothing seems damaged or broken into.

Police attended to mediate a landlord/tenant dispute on King Street.  The matter was resolved for the time being.

Police responded to a panic/tamper alarm at a residence on the west end of the city.  Police located the homeowner and determined everything was fine.

Police responded to a call and located a male in breach of his release conditions.  He was heavily intoxicated and had outstanding warrants from Manitoba. He was arrested and will be remanded and sent to back to Manitoba to answer to the charge.

Police responded to a call of a male going through a yard in the 400 block of Spruce Drive.  No one was located in the area at the time of arrival however the matter is being looked into further. If anyone has information regarding this incident including security camera footage of the area, please contact police. Residents in the area are asked to check their property and report any signs of suspicious activity.
