Police attended to a disturbance at a licensed establishment, where one male received injuries. The matter is still under investigation at this time.

Members arrested a 44 year old male for uttering threats to cause death after a complaint of an assault in the 3rd Street area. The male was lodged in cells until sober and will be released with conditions and to attend court in November to answer to the charge.

As a result of a traffic stop in the downtown area, a 24 year old male from Ontario was charged with impaired driving and operation of a conveyance over .08. His driver’s license has been suspended, and his vehicle impounded. He was lodged in cells and will be released to appear in court at a later date.
