Estevan Police have charged a 30 year old male with five counts of fraud under $5000 and possession of property obtained by crime.  The man has been using a debit card that was not his at several local businesses over the weekend.  He was found late last night and was arrested for the offences.

This weekend Police have laid several charges against a 51 year old man for multiple offences including theft under $5000 dollars, mischief and resisting arrest.  He was released on conditions of an undertaking and will appear in court in November.

Police are involved with the investigations of garbage bin fires from last week as well as a shed fire on the 400 Block of 1st Street.  All the fires are suspicious in nature. If anyone has information they are asked to call EPS or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.  Police are encouraging residents in the affected areas to reach out if they happen to have video surveillance on their properties that may have evidence that could assist.
